Make your company make sense. First, what it’s like today. Then, what it’s like when it can answer for itself.
The struggle
One simple question
Illustrative: the shape is real, the times are an example.
Open the task board. Three tasks blocked. Why?
Message the owner on Slack. No reply yet.
Ask finance for the numbers. “Can it wait till month end?”
Status meeting. Six people, one answer.
Answer assembled. Already out of date.
Sits unpaid. Finance can see it. The project lead never hears.
The reason sits in a comment nobody opened.
The partner doesn’t know it’s waiting.
The invoice, the blocked task and the waiting order are real rows in the demo company, Northfield.
What if
One place that reads all of it, shows its working, and waits for your yes.
It connects to what you already use
Slack: only the channels you list; direct messages are never read.
GitHub: issues only; code is never read.
Stripe: behind the finance wall. Keys are encrypted and read-only.

Nothing here changes anything real.
The walls
Illustrative values. The fields are removed on the server, so they never reach the browser. They aren’t just hidden.
Underneath
The sidebar is quieter by default (31 links down to 13 for a Partner). Folded, not removed.
Agents propose. Approving re-checks your permission, validates, writes and logs it.
Unsourced lines are flagged, never smoothed over.
Finance, per-person cost and supplier commission are removed on the server, not just hidden.
No key, no model: the company still runs. AI is an upgrade, not a dependency.
Straight talk
Everything you saw ran on a made-up company, Northfield.
